We have an extradition agreement with France (unless something has changed in the last couple of years). Furthermore, he may be denied entry to France if he is still facing criminal charges.

The charges he is on wouldn't even be grounds for an interstate extradition warrant let alone flying him from Fiji, France or wherever. If he's signed with Toulon, so be it. It's not ideal but in BA we trust.
