I think the club ( sometime under much criticism ) have proven they are very careful about over paying and putting our cap out of balance. While some aspects deserve some criticism I think the club has their shit together in terms of managing player negotiations and cap management. Our squad is well balanced, we have our highest paid players in the right positions and we seem to be able to get good value out of lower paid players. No doubt room for improvement but all in all our club is doing a job we as fans should be happy with
Edit: our hooker / bench utility depth are a concern

I find it very difficult to put much credibility in anything a Tigers fan has to say about recruitment and retention. It's not like you guys have any great results regarding your personnel choices and overpayment contracts for the last 10 years!
