The COE is approved and funded, they can’t start the final building stage until the Old Windsor Road / Memorial Drive interchange in completed and the machinery compound is moved to make room for commencement of the building, change rooms and spectator stand.

I think you took my post in the wrong light?
I was making comment on the contractors doing the physical work on Memorial Drive/Windsor Rd road & utility upgrades. Nothing to do with the club or even rugby league. I guess it was a negative comment but it’s not like this is the Transport For NSW Subcontractor Forum? Unless you’re working on the road upgrade yourself?
