Leota only needs to make 5 runs because we have the best back 5 in the game. Keeps our forwards nice and fresh.
It’s a good system, and Leota would be cheap because he’s ordinary. He’s a bit undersized, and lacks work rate and ball skills, but his speed and power are pretty good. He does his job.

almost as long as rams, nowhere as detailed thou.

But reiterated everything I have been posting about. Best part is the the players are glued to the club and love the place and identify it as their own. And that AFL numbers are down 10%. Awesome if actually true.

But like I said, talk is cheep. Lets see what comes through in the next couple of years and if we can hold on to them.

Also N. Brown, if he goes watch how they will blame his loss on why the system stalled. So me being me, sees that he is being head hunted by the Dragons, so what will we do to stop that? Proactive not reactive.

Not convince, but the noise is the best we have heard for a while. Waiting to see the fruits of the tree. But while we are waiting lets hope Glacier isn't just holding fast and is still actively trying to get this current NRL lot a premiership with some well needed and strategic talent.

now, if we can only hang onto those kids

A great start would be if we made a lot of noise and demands to the ARLC about Manly setting up shop in our nursery and or any other NRL club and to piss them off quick smart. Now that Bozo jr has moved into Wests Territory you can bet your bottom dollar that he will be scouting longer and harder then ever before and at the top of this merkins list is always speed and power.

We need to make our catchment area ours not sort of ours. Allowing rivals to set up shop is just not on. I can't believe that that is even a thing or allowed. Having rival scouts coming in and scouting I get, that is obviously normal and unavoidable, but affiliations with junior clubs is just not on. It should be fixed and pronto.

Glacier wake up mate from your Mega sleep and fight for what is ours. Make some noise and keep making it until they can't listen to you anymore and they do something about it even if it is just to shut you up ffs! Get other rival development clubs to join your crusade, like Canberra who are also very touchy about their nursery. There is power in unity and a single strategy and purpose. The ARLC would have to act if 4 or 5 clubs all got together and demanded change.

Fight you lame f**ker Fight. He is so much like Potato Head at the presser, hardly ever hear peep out of the bloke even when it is totally justify. Then a couple of weeks ago he did and guess what? Following week we get the rub of the green.

Fight and fight hard, you'll be amazed how things will turn your way if you stick to it. Embrace the collision mother f**ker, it's our mantra and supposedly who we are ffs!!

Losing other Nrown won’t stall the system. Not adequately replacing him will. It’s the change management we need to develop

Of course, but that will be the excuse as there are always excuses attached to every idea or program we do or have.

How long have you been following Parra ffs!

This isn't our first rodeo. We have been here before. Lets just see how this one goes.

But the apologists are ready and Brown will be at the top of the list as they have hinted at this already in previous post exchanges.

The problem with all your rhetoric though is problems with change over multiple years is problems across itinerant groups of people usually executive and senior management. Ignore the ‘little’ issues like whether we were fighting to keep Nrown or reestablish our junior boundary and trust that the pleb workers in those roles are actually want that as well. Focus on “encouraging” that senior management maintain that fight across generations and especially generations of their own positions.

To put it simpler, Nick Politis is a big part of Roosters success not because he’s rich or a great negotiator but because he’s able to have the club pointed in a continuous direction even when every other role in the club has turned over multiple people.

Like I said, posters are ready with their excuses.

Rodeos are rodeos. Do you think that everyone overseeing the Panthers Systems are the same people that set it up initially. Hell the Maestro himself isn't there anymore.

It is all about getting the right template and keeping it going no matter who is there. Sure adjustments are necessary from time to time, but as long as the funds and template is in tact then the train stays on the tracks. If we haven't already secured that template, which that doesn't seem to be the case considering how Glacier was chirping in that interview, then we need to quick smart. It shouldn't be taking years ffs!

Besides he is there and he seems to know what is needed. We have talked the talk forever, now we need to walk the walk for Pete's sake.

Wouldn't it get confusing? The dummy half might find himself passing to a prop on the 5th tackle instead of the half-back.
