With MON linked to a return to the Tigers.

I think it wouldn't be a bad thing if he gets offered the role there and leaves.

I think all parties win tbh.

I think a new HOF and a fresh set of eyes would be good for the club.

MON gets a fairytale return to the club he won a premiership at.

Everyone wins
It would be nice to replace him with one of the better recruiters rather than shuffling deck chairs on the merry-go-round of rugby league officials, as mentioned by Alex McKinnon:

"The other thing about recruitment is it’s the same people moving from club to club, which is why the NRL needs to get involved to better the profession.

They need to create a pathways system for both recruiters and general managers. Too many salary caps are bent out of shape with the same teams often struggling for years on end.

The NRL should create an entry point for people from other companies and backgrounds to come work at clubs and add to the game’s strategy.

Because at the moment it’s the same people doing the same jobs and we’re left with the same mess of several clubs struggling to compete."

It also gives more power for Bea Arthur, not sure that is a good thing.

f**k sake you love a good fixation. Like any other organisation just has one person reporting into another reporting into another. Deadset… wouldn’t understand an organisational structure if it kicked you in the nuts
Neither do the Eels, put your hand up for the job Eddy.
