I've never seen a new Exec/ change manager/GM whatever you want to label come in and keep the same ppl in charge. Usually it takes 8-12 weeks and change is made.
Change will bring change. Yes if BA doesn't report to MON I'm sure the new person will bring their ideas/ perspectives, suggestions, recommendations.
Apart from Pou everyone else would be advocating for the 1st grade to be given his marching orders.

I don't think we need a middle forward at all. If anything we are overstocked there!

A starting left centre and a young talent in the 3/4 line (to put pressure on Sivo, and get ready to take over for Gutho is future years). And a backup hooker (get rid of Hands?)

That would be my wish list.
