The team that came second didn't have the same season as the team that came last, not by a long shot. Do you really think Broncos fans would have enjoyed the year just as much as when they got the spoon? Aren't Eels fans pissed that we missed the finals? You feel it's no different than last year when we beat Canberra and the Cowboys in September? No wonder you're so unhappy.

Not heaps Penrith had 391 wins we had 372 from 1987 to the end of season 2020.

Then it makes sense that both clubs participated in a similar number of grand finals in that time (4 vs 3). As for the difference in wins (2 vs 0) it could only come down to luck. You can't get to a grand final without winning big games.
