Just on the kicker situation. I am told Norman is pretty average at training in regard to slotting them over. Semi wont be here next year and could potentially take an early shower if found guilty of DV next month so surely Gutherson is the only option.
Although if anyone ever watched his last Junior Kangaroos match against the Kiwis where he lost the game after a few misses then missed a penalty shot in front of the sticks to level it up, you might be more then a little worried.
The fact we don't have a proven goal kicker is a serious concern this season.

I wouldn't be judging the Busman by what he did as a junior, surely he has had a lot of training and practise since then.

Sure everyone makes mistakes in games...but there's a difference between dropping the ball on halfway in the 10th minute (when you team still has plenty of time to make up for the mistake) and dropping the ball 10 meters out from your own line during golden point in a grand final.

I reckon that, from where they currently stand, St George would be happy with being losing grand finalists.

Yes unlucky.... Your not going to base a 5yr deal on one error.

I heard a certain team has switched players diets to 8hr eating windows.....16hrs worth of repairs. Fine tuned machines.

Anyone heard of this diet? It basically is about giving body 8hrs of repair. It takes 8hrs to flush out meal then your body goes to work.

I cant reveal my sources just hope our sports drs are clued up. Im hearing some of the guys are running the 100mtrs almost 1/2 second quicker.

Cos they are all hungry and are running to get a pizza

So how is it working? ... wake up at 6am and eat ... then 2pm ... then 10pm? ... seems very late for a meal to lob in your guts when you wanna be in bed soon after
