Anyone heard of this diet? It basically is about giving body 8hrs of repair. It takes 8hrs to flush out meal then your body goes to work.

I cant reveal my sources just hope our sports drs are clued up. Im hearing some of the guys are running the 100mtrs almost 1/2 second quicker.

100m speed is hugely over rated in Rugby League. 10m, 20m and 40m splits are the money times. The ability to create separation with acceleration is usually the key when you pit a bunch of elite athletes against each other.

Cos they are all hungry and are running to get a pizza

So how is it working? ... wake up at 6am and eat ... then 2pm ... then 10pm? ... seems very late for a meal to lob in your guts when you wanna be in bed soon after

You wake and dont eat til 1030am and last meal at 630pm. Eat as much as want during those hours. Fast for 16hrs x 5 days a week.

Possibly. The gains could be in the pre-40m component of the sprint. If their training has been tailored to improving their explosiveness it would lend credence to that thought. On the other hand any gains in anaerobic endurance would lean towards post-40m gains.

Why does he needa booze ban if nothing happened? .... if they are giving him one then they are admitting something happened - admissions arent enough evidence for the integrity unit?

You aren't guilty of anything because we can't prove it but there was enough evidence to suggest that a booze ban be accepted for you to continue.... in other words we are just covering ourselves for when you f**k up again.
