I think Best showed amazing strength and talent from his first game. It was just a matter of ironing out the details.
Russel doesn't seem that strong or fast. Buy he is a big body and seem safe. I doubt he has the same upside as Best. Penisni however does.

I can see Russell turning into a Jason Nightingale type winger.

Not overly gifted or anything but someone who has a crack, is safe as a house and can finish.

I reckon we have more chance of winning a comp under BA then signing Bradman Best.

We would have to offer him a million dollars a year to move to Sydney.

He just isn't worth that money on the cap. The most i would want to pay him would be 650-700k and that's based on him getting better and being an elite centre for 3/4 years in a row.

Last time i checked rep players don't move clubs and sign with Parra for unders unless they are closing in an superannuation at backend of careers & not at there peak.

Seems he fibbed a few times. It was only when he was caught under cross examination that he had to fess up.
