This is ridiculous.

1. Bringing in salary cap exemptions creates an unfair playing field (moreso than it is now) and will only benefit the rich clubs).

2. What code wars will this end? We are flogging Union in this so-called ‘war’ and AFL players aren’t going to transition to NRL.

3. How many union players are good enough to switch to NRL? Surely there would only be a few, and if that’s the case there’s no point in it.

4. If they are talking about stealing Union juniors…we already do that without the need for salary cap exemptions.

Haha yeah just sign them up at newington or kings college when there 15-16.

Once they see the light it's very rare they go back.

Suualli was a special case he has been money hungry from the start the way he treated Souths after what they did for him and his family since he was 11 or 12 was disgraceful.

Souths used to go pick him up from Glenmore Park and take him to Coogee to play and train so he could play in there comp.

He hasnt been involved in strength and conditioning the NRL squad for 2 years. He had already been pushed sideways into a job in our "pathways" program. Tigers havent renewed his Contract and told him so.

Honestly, there’s probably only one Wallaby I’d consider bringing into our top 30 and that would be Koroibete. The rest I wouldnt feed. There are probably a few all blacks but I’m not sure we’d be able to tempt them to the lofty heights of Parramatta.

I’ve never understood burning jerseys, and I have a jersey signed by both Brett Finch and Jarryd Hayne so if any jersey deserves burning it’d be that one.
