Would you enter a contract of employment with these conditions???

People are way too precious about what they let other people know about them. That said ideally the service is independent like an employee complaint service or employer provided mental health service if only to encourage usage.
The fact of the matter is if you are doing something that you are afraid to tell your employer because you think they won’t like it, shouldn’t that tell you you’re either doing the wrong thing or that employer isn’t for you?

That suspension he copped in 2014 was a load of BS.

If he was playing for the Roosters there was no way he would have served a ban for something he did at another club that no one knew about.

It was at a wedding overseas and no charges were laid.
