I think it's bad news what has happened today from a parramatta perspective.

The Tigers actually have a chance for a clean slate. Similar to us when Max Donnelly took over and removed the board after 2016.

Would have preferred them bumbling in the dark still with the same old shit. Being the laughing stock for another decade or two.

They will probably get proper football and governance now. And a chance to be run properly.

Benji gets clear air and more power.

If the Tigers get there act together they are bigger threat to Parramatta then anyone with a large supporter base. There are plenty of Tigers fans out there they are just disillusioned over a decade of misery.

How does it matter to us aside from on the field?

Benji's building a bit of form in his authority figures biting the dust... didn't he and Farah (allegedly) end up putting a coach to the sword in their playing days? And now the people he reports to as a coach seem to all (allegedly) have gone the same way...

People are way too precious about what they let other people know about them. That said ideally the service is independent like an employee complaint service or employer provided mental health service if only to encourage usage.
The fact of the matter is if you are doing something that you are afraid to tell your employer because you think they won’t like it, shouldn’t that tell you you’re either doing the wrong thing or that employer isn’t for you?

like i said before, these are grown men not children.

out of work hours all you need to worry about is not breaking the law, not what BA thinks is morally or ethically acceptable.

No link but on the Radio, John Laws I think, he said that he got goss that the City of Paramatta is considering working with the eels and sponsoring them.

Can someone who has connections suggest to change their plans and instead choose to be a TPA sponsor rather than a jersey or shorts sponsor so they can handpick certain players to work with rather than the whole team.

Then we can get high profile players outside of the cap and they can represent the City of Parramatta and the Eels.

You don’t think this will have an effect on the field?

It might, or it might not. But the Tigers enacting big changes could mean they get their shit together and become a good team finally.

And we lose our (almost) certain competition points per year.

It’s an absolute disaster!

Who the f**k was talking about BAs ethics? He’s not the be all of who determines what’s acceptable at the club.
You know who’s “morals” (really just perception) you should be more relevant? Sponsors. Every f**k up potentially costs the club sponsor dollars. Why are you so against a preemptive measure to ensure we don’t have to choose between having money or having a player? Especially among a group of people have routinely shown that not all grown men are equal
