Back on Parramatta talk i found it interesting on the TCT podcast with MON today that he mentioned the club took Harper & Tuilagi out for lunch on there 1st day at the club.
And both players made the comment they hadn't been shown this type of love or attention before during there career at other clubs by getting taken out to lunch for any occasion.
I'm halfway through. Did he say anything else interesting? Mostly it's all pretty benign stuff so far.Back on Parramatta talk i found it interesting on the TCT podcast with MON today that he mentioned the club took Harper & Tuilagi out for lunch on there 1st day at the club.

You expected confrontational argy-bargy ?The MON interview was a complete nothing burger. Hardly a shock.
I'm a big supporter of TCT. They've been pretty critical of aspects of our planning and recruitment in the past year. But geez, they could have gone a little harder. You expected confrontational argy-bargy ?
Well would you have gone hard if you were them ? They are given access to the inner sanctum that others don't, yet you suggest they bite the hand that feeds them ?I'm a big supporter of TCT. I didn't even come close to suggesting that. You don't have to go all hineyrulz to be able to get a more in depth than they did.Well would you have gone hard if you were them ? They are given access to the inner sanctum that others don't, yet you suggest they bite the hand that feeds them ?
Mate, it's all part of loading them up with some extra KG's so they can play middle....mentioned the club took Harper & Tuilagi out for lunch on there 1st day at the club.
Actually MON is a hard working HOF, but would never be described as dynamic and getting any idea why things didn’t happen would be next to impossible. Apparently not the easiest recruitment person to deal with according to several player managers.Well would you have gone hard if you were them ? They are given access to the inner sanctum that others don't, yet you suggest they bite the hand that feeds them ?
Doesn't make commercial sense to me.
They still maintain editorial independence and as you say criticise often, but what is the point of possibly burning bridges that you've worked so hard to build ?
They went about as hard as a Sharon Woods hit up.I'm a big supporter of TCT. They've been pretty critical of aspects of our planning and recruitment in the past year. But geez, they could have gone a little harder.
Getting them Parrafit.Mate, it's all part of loading them up with some extra KG's so they can play middle....
They were taken to the local Red Rooster. Manly is on the wrong side of the line.Back on Parramatta talk i found it interesting on the TCT podcast with MON today that he mentioned the club took Harper & Tuilagi out for lunch on there 1st day at the club.

I think you are being a bit hard there mate. The MON interview was a complete nothing burger. Hardly a shock.
There was nothing in that interview i didn't know, they asked MON about our lack of depth in our outside backs. He dribbles some shit about Dunster and Lume Lume complaining they weren't 100%. Really??? FMD then that was it, surely if you ask that question yoiu follow up with why have done little to improve our outside backs stocks yet again?? Instead nothing.I think you are being a bit hard there mate.
MON confirmed:
That we have one spot left and are after a game changer meaning there is a good chunk of money left. This does not come easy and a position in the outside backs is preferred.
He also explained that Dunster not coming back as expected from injury hurt us this season when it came to depth in the outside backs. Basically didn’t kick on.
They also spoke about Moretti going to the next level.
He stated that this year was an anomaly and that the expectation is a top 4 or top 6 finish in 2024.
I still have a bit to go, listening to the rest of the interview in the car on the way home.
I can't believe the NRL sent over Sharon to Vegas to promote the match. They went about as hard as a Sharon Woods hit up.
Little things can go along way. I started a new job last week. The new team im with is fantastic. So supportive and nice. It’s made me feel so much better. I knew my old job was bad, but i had forgotten how much better it can be in a good workplace. My performance has improved alot.Back on Parramatta talk i found it interesting on the TCT podcast with MON today that he mentioned the club took Harper & Tuilagi out for lunch on there 1st day at the club.

Did they send him? Or he just happened to be on holidays? LolI can't believe the NRL sent over Sharon to Vegas to promote the match.
They could have sent any half decent player to promote it surely.
I suppose Matt Lodge wasnt an option due to being barred from the states.
