I went to buy a 2024 jersey at the Parra Store located in the leagues club yesterday and I was advised I couldn't use my 15% season ticket holder discount or my $20 membership voucher. I was told I can only get the 15% discount when ordering online as a third party now looks after the merch.
I'm sure there will be some disappointed season ticket holders on game day buying merch and being told that can't use their 15% discount.
Is anyone else aware of that? I couldn't find anything in the membership T&Cs about it.
In the past I have been able to use my 15% discount when buying merch at the Parra store.
Weird.

What a shambles

Nothing ever runs smoothly at this club.

Maybe it's time for our superstar CEO to send another email off to members explaining the clubs position on this.

Yep found that out when we were down in parra 3 weeks ago (from the GC). Wanted to use my $50 membership voucher towards a 2024 jersey and was told no, only online. Ridiculous as I then have to pay $15 for postage when I’m standing in the store I am ordering from!!

Yep it shocked me recently as well. I went to buy my young bloke a birthday present. Unfortunately then you are slugged with a delivery fee as well and have to wait for the item.
Oh well. Here we are just thinking about ourselves again instead of supporting our struggling club.

Why are people surprised?? People keep telling me how well this club is run. Its amateur hour at every level.
