Watching Croft in QRL he is much more a running player than Cronk. Similar skillset otherwise but he cut sides to ribbons in a few games. I actually think he'll be very close to starting the season at six. Munster is not a half

They just made a grand final with Blake f**king Green at 6. Teams prefer two halfbacks (as opposed to a halfback and a runner) because it allows them to attack symmetrically from midfield.

The alternative is to try and set your running half up on a big open side, which actually makes you more predictable (like us last year).

Upon being told that Paulo no longer plays for the Eels, Todd Greenberg and John Grant instructed the integrity unit to back date Paulo's suspension to the 2016 grand final , saying the Raiders were unlucky in the prelim and shoulda made the GF....so you know, he's suffered enough.... Carry on!
