Contrary to what many on here said last off season, I’m hoping the club tell Junior to spend the entire off season in a boxing gym. It would be the best thing he could do by a country mile.
It’s sad to see Reg go but the good clubs seem to make those tough decisions a year early rather than a year late. At the very least it frees up the best part of 800k.
Reckon Ryles should send him up your way matty.Contrary to what many on here said last off season, I’m hoping the club tell Junior to spend the entire off season in a boxing gym. It would be the best thing he could do by a country mile.
You’re biased ( but I agree)Contrary to what many on here said last off season, I’m hoping the club tell Junior to spend the entire off season in a boxing gym. It would be the best thing he could do by a country mile.

I really don’t think he is anymore.I'm with you on that rotation. It's not terrible (if fit and present).
Jnr Paulo is a 60 minutes per game front rower
He did and he looked better for it weight wise at the start of the season. He did that last off-season
I hope your night cause he is one of my faves and is taking a huge chunk of the cap. IMO his form has been well below par for 2 years now so it will be some turn around if he can get back to his bestThink Paulo, can turn it around. Yeah he wasnt his best this year, but don't think he was horrible either. Probably needs to focus on run first (but that comes down to our playing style).
At least not a funny joke.
I am looking forward to actually hearing from Ryles, and his plans come pre season time. I am so glad he came to the Eels early and I am sure he is busy in the background but looking forward to hearing what his plans are in playing style and team structure.
I have a strong feeling he has a plan to completely change up our preseasons into a Melbourne Storm style live or die program which I am excited about. I also think our defensive edges are going to be much stronger.
I am sure Matto would love to see big red here next year.Assuming RCG leaves in 2025 which in my opinion is the right move I’m excited to see which middles Ryles has in mind.
Horsborough?
I totally get that we need to free up cash and hard decisions need to be made BUT Reg only had 2025 to go on his contract and we'll miss him next year.
You don't need to go far back to the days when our forwards were total pillows and we couldn't bend the line whatsoever.
