Good coach... Even better bloke....There is coach at Leeds off contract in 2025 if your interested.
Plenty on here reckon he is a good coach.

Wish I was sure of that. Im happy with the decisions they are making at the moment but no confidence in the results
Unlike Penrith, Manly have never won the spoon, which was my point. Filling your squad with kids is a recipe for running last.Pffft Manly havent even made the semis 50% of the last 10years...
Penrith on the other hand..........
The trick is keeping these merkins. Wait and see. In fact, think back to your strong juniors of a decade ago. Plenty of NRL premiership winners came out of your club but none of them won with the Tigers.Mate. I DO know, because unlike you I watch rugba leeg and not just read NRL stats. Ive noticed one club completely invest in development of local juniors and they have been pretty good at it. Then I look at whether my club has that opportunity available to it.
It’s all Sydney ffs. You never drove more than 5-7 minutes for work? People do it all the time. Half the merkins in our squad would live closer to Easts/Souths or Manly.Mate Im aware of that, Pous point was that Tigers bought them from Manly and there are no inherent benefit in developing your own juniors.
Blacktown is 9km from Kellyville.
Balcktown is 30km from Penrith
Blacktown is 50km from Narrabeen
Blacktown is 25km to Concord.
Exactly!
Jahream Bula
Junior Tupou
Declan Casey
Tallyn Da Silva
Josh Feledy
Lachlan Galvin
Kit Laulillii
Luke Laulilii
Heath Mason
Justin Matamua
Jordan Miller
Fonua Pole
Alex Seyfarth
Tony Sukkar
add to that Latu, Sione Fainu, Ailamalo, Faataape, Johannsen, Porter, To'a, who debuted at Tigers but werent juniors and thats exactly what a development Club looks like. Tigers are shit and we are many other things, but clearly a development club is one. Lets bookmark and check back in three years and lets see if it worked.
Yes I think the squad has a fair bit of talent in it. No reason we can't do well next season.
Long term... we need to turn into the sort of club that finds and nutures elite talent. We need to find the next Cameron Munster or the next Reece Walsh. We just Don't seem to develop this level of player, hayne is the only one in my time supporting the club.
Guymer played most of his junior football in the centres before moving to the back row over the past two seasons.
100% geographic location matters. Magpies train at Campbelltown, Balmain at Concord but where that isnt a issue, better players always go to Magpies. Magpies are always prioritised.

Don’t be fooled. Bringing them into your pathways is only part of the solution. Penrith crowing about their great junior development is smoke and mirrors to distract from Keno TPAs.
Nothing really matters much. And, in the end, nothing really matters at all.Everything on this forum is completely irrelevant....
7 years earlySmart from the broncos. Better to cut him now rather than drag it on and waste another year like we did
They won't go after another rookie.Josh hannay will probably get the job and then we can see if we made the right choice
