Judging from the quote I just added to my post, he might be a replacement for Arthurs (not the bald one). Whatever the case, if it turns out to be true then I fully support this signing.
I agree with the lads at TCT the other day that we can't have all our fullback eggs in one basket with Iongi. If Gutho moves on, then we will need Iongi, Papalii, AMS and Api as options. We all once had Russell as a FB option, but do we agree that that ship has sailed ?

Joash Papalii is a strong runner of the footy, and quick as well.

He played a fair bit of C this year, ans did quite well. Interesting to hear the quote about him potentially play 5/8 and hooker too. I wonder where he ends up

I quite like it (if finally official)

Yes, I saw some quote by him saying that Ciraldo thought of him as a 14 ?

If by some miraculous turn of events Hunt does end up at Penrith, he wouldn't be playing in the halves... He's a 9 and I'm sure Ivan is a smart enough coach to play him accordingly if he had him at his disposal... no impact on Blaize whatsoever...

Over mitch kenny??? You're kidding right

Well ones a winner, the other has won nothing.
Well he came up with a clutch play in the dying minutes of an Origin decider from memory playing in the 9, so that was a win... But, yeah look, I'm not throwing shade on Kenny at all. He's solid and doesn't let you down. But the great coach's don't rest on their laurels. Maybe losing Luai would give Cleary food for thought and have him seeking a point of difference for next season in pursuit of 5 in a row. A threat out of dummy half has what they've been missing since Api left....

Hmmmm an origin and Australian number 9 Vs Mitch Kenny.... Yeah, what was I thinking...

Kenny is solid, I'm a fan, but he's a long way short of Hunt can bring to the number 9 position....

You need to turn on the tape and watch how the Panthers like to play.
