The NRL still needs to be assured that those TPAs aren't associated with the club. If they are not happy (as with Maloney's Keno TPA with the Panthers) it will be counted against the salary cap.
The NRL hasn't indicated a problem with this TPA. It isn't the same as the Wing situation at all.
