Russel/Simmo. I could handle one in the side when everyone's fully fit but the idea that both are there signals a weak backline.

We won't sign Papenhauzen. We have Iongi and he would of cost id say closer to the 300k mark. That's to much for a back up.
Add the fact we have Joash and AMS that's 2 young back ups with raw potential.

Let the Dogs or Tigers go for him. He is only 26 but the Storm cut his deal from around a mill to 750k. He wants more then that. Id say you'll need 950k to move him.

My bet is he will go amd they'll blood the young kid Faalgo long term. I also reckon we may see similar with Munster and Wishart

Let the Dogs or Tigers go for him. He is only 26 but the Storm cut his deal from around a mill to 750k. He wants more then that. Id say you'll need 950k to move him.

All 3 were ineffective in the GF. Only Grant really stood tall.

Look at all the rep teams picked these days.

Majority of centres picked are actually fullbacks to get them into the team.

Yesterday Hammer & Turbo are both Fullbacks having to play centre for Australia.

NSW had Latrell though i believe his best position is actually centre based on his physical build and impact he can make there.

QLD had Hammer whose a FB & pensioner in Gagai whose past his use-by date

Stephen Crichton, Herbie & Bradman Best are the only specialist centres in the game right now that are rep quality.

I believe that next year we will see that Lomax is as good as, or better than, all of them, at centre.

I find it funny Dogs fans expect what's happened at Penrith to happen at their club. I reckon what happened at Penrith with the quality of juniors coming thru at the same time is something you see once in a lifetime.
They basicaly produced one of the best ever halfbacks,Lock forwards and winger we've ever had in the game all simultaneously. Throw-in the Australian fullback along with a heap of other top shelf players and a few hits on signings with Api & Kikau.

I just do not see this ever happening again.If they did however manage then I will applaud Gould. I just wouldn't be suprised if the Dogs didn't make the 8 in 2025.

I know Luai was basicaly missing in last year finals and May was axed this year but where they pretty much fully fit bar this for the 4 peat? If so that's incredible in itself to have your best 17 available for the grand final 4 yrs in row

Not like that really means much. Hayne was constantly picked on the wing with Gidley at fullback.

Lomax was complete and utter trash at left centre for the DragQueens. Everything decent or better he's done in rugby league has been done on the right side of the field.
