WATMOUGH, EELS STRIKE DEAL

THE standoff between Anthony Watmough and the Parramatta Eels is officially over with the retired Test and State of Origin forward receiving a $1.1 million handshake.

Part of Watmough’s settlement with the Eels contains a confidentiality clause which prevents him from airing any Parramatta dirty laundry in public.

Watmough must also help the Eels with their legal battle against QBE insurance.

For mine, Emma Freedman is pretty good but the best in a small sample was Isa Guha when triple m did cricket. She was the best on their entire commentary team

Easily. And I've never seen her play but she is obviously a top class prop so knows her stuff. Quite like the ABC coverage actually. They give a very different perspective on the game to the merkins on the TV
