I know because I deal with it. As for your employee, I feel sorry for them that their manager has them pigeonholed into a stereotype. A lot of autistic people donāt try new foods because itās sensory overload. They are very susceptible to changes in texture, smell, taste, look etc. Maybe have a real chat with him and educate yourself. You just may get a better understanding and in future choose your words more carefully. Now letās get back to discussing the footy.
