But that's the point! You have come in here and made it your mission to 'call him out' in just about every post you make. And not only that, but to call him out on everyone else's behalf. What a hide!
How about you settle in for a while and get to know the lay of the land before speaking on behalf of everyone else?
I mean for f#ck sake, how have you contributed to this community?
Been posting eight years officer and was reading years before that - have a pretty good idea of the lay of the land.

you will never make detective at this rate - a lifetime on the beat I guess for you!

Can we refrain from the autistic slurs everyone. I have an autistic son and he is an amazing person. One of the better humans we share this earth with.
It wasnā€™t a slur. It was an observation. My best worker is autistic and I love his work ethic. Problem is all he ever orders at the local Italian restaurant is pizza and he will never deviate from it and try the pasta. That does my head in.

It wasnā€™t directed at him, and you donā€™t have exclusive ownership of the condition. Relax.
You may as well go back to living in 1973. Doesnā€™t matter who itā€™s directed at, you shouldnā€™t be using it as an insult. You could easily choose many other words that donā€™t insult someone ( or someoneā€™s family) with a disability. Itā€™s just lazy and uneducated. The damage that attitudes like yours do is so harmful. I know because I deal with it. As for your employee, I feel sorry for them that their manager has them pigeonholed into a stereotype. A lot of autistic people donā€™t try new foods because itā€™s sensory overload. They are very susceptible to changes in texture, smell, taste, look etc. Maybe have a real chat with him and educate yourself. You just may get a better understanding and in future choose your words more carefully. Now letā€™s get back to discussing the footy.

The good old ā€œitā€™s ok, I have a black friendā€ defence

As Ricky Gervais famously saidā€”and while I get this isnā€™t a stand-up routine, it might as well beā€”being offended is a personal reaction, not an objective fact. Anyone could find a reason to be offended by something posted on these forums. Donā€™t take it so literally. Stuff gets joked around here all the time.

I was never referring to your son (may he live to 100), so stop virtue-signaling on Pouā€™s behalf. Heā€™s more than capable of responding for himself. If you still canā€™t handle it, feel free to put me on ignore or wait until I switch topics to the footy. And yes, itā€™s 2024.

Ok dinosaur. It appears you donā€™t comprehend my point. I like Ricky. Unlike you, he is an actual comedian and everything he says I know to take with a grain of salt. As for you? Carry on with your bigotry. I can handle it and will continue to call it out. It appears you donā€™t like having your character flaws pointed out. Youā€™re the one displaying them on a public forum.
Now, as for season 2025, I think weā€™re definitely a top 8 side again.

Iā€™m definitely flawed. We all are except the boss. And yes, I think we will make the 8 too.
