we have been resourced well enough for many years but have squandered our opportunities with poor decisions in management and coaching.

some would have you believe that coaching doesn’t matter and that the team with the most money and “resources” always wins the comp - those people know little about rugby league and would rather be proven “right” about their noble cause for the past many years than see parramatta successful.

we have had enough resources, but we have just never set ourselves up exactly right or made the right decisions in recruitment, staffing, preparation or strategy on and off the field.

I am happy to say I think that is rapidly changing.

others are not so happy, but I suppose the wheel will turn back for them one day and they can once more revel in misery and mediocrity - hopefully not for a long time though!
