and he is getting paid $700K....so about right for a team like ours. I have no problem with it. If he ends up on $800K in 2 years, that is not goin gto be the cause of our problems

I wouldn't want him but I could see why we would. Can fill in at hooker, his best football was playing mostly as a middle forward, has worked with Ryles previously.

But then working with Ryles previously could work against him in that the coach knows exactly what he's like.

I personally think his days at 9 are behind him. He has never IMO been a good hooker, terrible delivery. His value has been being able to punch out 80mins and transition to a decent 13. IMO these days he is an out and out, small but skillful 13. I hate to say it but the Tigers could use him, but not what we need from a kulcha POV.

His a 13 and personally think we are covered in that area with Hopgood on probably less money and more consistency then what the cheese would bring.

Cheese is a larrikan & in the media more so his football ability is inflated more around the traps i feel.

And i keep saying the Storm & Roosters don't just happily let players go unless there are issues we don't know about or its something they can no longer fix.
