Possible, but I reckon they need a fullback over another half. If they spend big on another half, their spine wouId be out on balance I reckon, as they wouId need a "cheaper" fullback to replace Teddy.

Tigers can offer around $1M more than any other club, cap compliant, by upgrading for 25 & 26. Id consider $1M a pretty big advantage. Of course he probably rather play for Roosters etc, but throw away $1M up front?
