That was the case when Mannah was the only player we had who was eligible for that long serving discount, but I believe at least Terepo is now considered long serving, Pritchard and even Moeroa might also as it starts when you make the 20s
There is only 1 LS player discount per club, not for every player who qualifies.

That's right, but you don't want to be in a position where you only have 1 eligible player. Because that gives that player quite a bit of bargaining power when it comes to contract negotiations. If you've got 3 (for example) it's a lot easier to let one of them go if they are demanding more than you think they are worth.

With our hooking stocks now depleted. All 3 are battling injury. Is it time for us to look at Segeyaro or do we try and entice another busted hooker back like Peats who I've heard could even be back in Sydney before June 30 on compassionate grounds. (I read somehwehere that his mother is ill)

Personally I'd put Cody Nelson at 9. Good defence. Assuming King doesn't recover from his sternum injury.

Titans: Nathan Peats (shoulder, early rounds),

Is his shoulder chronic ?

EDIT: It seems that his injuries the last few years have been broken neck, knee, elbow hyper-extension, shoulder, knee, shoulder

I read somewhere the NRL have given Segeyaro permission to train with the Sharks as his release from Leeds is imminent. Sounds like he is not an option.

What about Brown in 9 and Gower into the 17?
Brown is obviously a considered option by BA.

Don't think brown is an 80 min hooker, plus it would also take away his running / offloads out of our game.

Just put Nelson there.

It would be funny if we got Peats back mid year..

We ended up getting De Gois mid year in 2014 due to Peats being injured, now it would be getting Nathan back because De Gois (among others) is injured.
