That's right, but you don't want to be in a position where you only have 1 eligible player. Because that gives that player quite a bit of bargaining power when it comes to contract negotiations. If you've got 3 (for example) it's a lot easier to let one of them go if they are demanding more than you think they are worth.

I actually wouldn't acquire Segeyaro because he is a poor defender. Which concerns me about King as he is also not a renowned defender. I'd have King on the bench with Nelson starting.

What about Brown in 9 and Gower into the 17?
Brown is obviously a considered option by BA.

It would be funny if we got Peats back mid year..

We ended up getting De Gois mid year in 2014 due to Peats being injured, now it would be getting Nathan back because De Gois (among others) is injured.
