Only cause people want to slobber all over him. He plays the same role as dozens of other players, all of similar abilities but in all cases reliant on their teams making that role viableKikau will be another 1 year wonder like all the other players that have been touted as the next big thing at that club.
saw him on the news the other night. He's resigned with the guppies. Not available til 2023He probably won't be injured at the start of 2020, which is when he is off contract.
Yeah. It’s not black and white this one.I wouldn't wade into the deep on this one.
Yeah I meant before he re-signedsaw him on the news the other night. He's resigned with the guppies. Not available til 2023
Offering a bloke almost 30 coming off an ACL a million a season is classic Parra. He probably won't be injured at the start of 2020, which is when he is off contract.
He’ll be nearly 34, perfect age for an Eels signing. Think of all that experience!!!saw him on the news the other night. He's resigned with the guppies. Not available til 2023
There's no substitute for experience.
Ferguson has plenty of that (192 games) but he's a f**kwit off the field so not a good choice to lead your club.
The rest have played this many games:
108 Paulo
105 Moses
90 Moeroa
69 Brown
68 Alvaro
66 Gutherson
The real experience in our squad is:
259 Jennings
223 Mannah
179 Hoffman
145 Takairangi
A couple of those aren't even guaranteed a top 17 spot. Wade Graham has 219 NRL games. He would've been a great buy. Kikau has played 34 games. The top teams are defined by having a lot of experience. Most of them do just fine without a 120kg edge forward.
Kikau will be another 1 year wonder like all the other players that have been touted as the next big thing at that club.
For mine looking to sign Graham means that we are looking to promote more youth in the squad. Absolutely a mill is overs for a player with his injury history but like every signing you take that risk, we were looking to sign him because of his age, experience, and leadership abilities.
This will annoy the moaners but we'll probably be looking at signing another player in the mould of Graham for 2020. I hope we keep enough spots open for the young guys too, we have 20 spots so it won't be hard to do so
Vertical stripes would make him appear thinner.
Yep, although I guess that’s why we now have a HoF. We really need to make a call on BA’s future pretty bloody quickly though. Its worrying that BA has most of the 2020 squad free and an open cheque book and will sign or re sign a bulk of the 2020 squad. I hope he shines as a coach otherwise this could be an absalute train wreck if he gets it wrong. It means the bulk of the squad maybe locked in untill 2022/2023 with a new coach and a bunch of Kane Evans running around.
I’m guessing he was involved in releasing Norman. Let’s hope he has been just as active in the recruitment stakes.what has the trolley boy been up to since he started?
