No it wouldn't. Origin backs are picked out of position all the time.

This year NSW had Tommy T (who plays fullback) as a centre, Whighton (who plays 5/8) as a centre.
Qld had Gagai (who was originally playing centre for Souths before ROberts got there) as a winger.

Yeah tbh I think we're better balanced with Ferguson, Mennings, Blake and some cheapie on the other wing. Adding Radradra means we have too much tied up in our outside backs.
