Paying any other style doesn’t work to our strengths.
I can see it changing a bit next year….we potentially have some genuine speed in our backs (Simonson, Russell, Cini, as I don’t think Blake is going to be a guaranteed starter) and 3 forwards (matterson, lane, Hopgood and potentially Cartwright) who play edge/middle with “ball skills” along with the addition of Barrett (BA aren’t stupid, and has changed our style before and reckon he knows the power game only goes so far, thus recruiting Barrett)..

Just the squad / changes indicates some change happening ….

I think it's time to evolve. Our current style has run its course.

Well lads they say that you have to lose one to win one and we've done just that. At the end of the day Penrith was always destined to win and I hate to say it but they are the best team ever in the modern era. Making it as far as we did really show how tough we were this year. Also on another note, the acquisition of Hopgood and Murchie are very big signings and they will star for us in 23. Over the last couple of weeks, I have watched a couple of the Warriors games to get a good look at Murchie and dare I say he is a very, very solid player he has great defensive skill but his attack is also a standout in a pretty average Warriors team. I'm looking forward to seeing him in the blue and gold. Hopgood is one that I'm very excited to have play for us he's a genuine workhorse and has great skill for a big fella he's going to be a star. These two and Hodgson are going to be up there for the best buys in the NRL mark my words.

Nope they just happen to be kind of neighbours that you would never invite to a party at your home - not the type that would fit in with the upper class since they come from the lower classes
Maybe Penrith are your dad too. Wouldn't surprise me if they had a few kids around the place.

Turava? Yes I calls him out to Ram as someone we should target but smart clubs don't waste time. They extended him mate.
I am unsure how much Penrith drop off. Kikau didn't do a whole lot last night and they belted us while M.Kenny was on.

Cleary is also 24. Not in his peak yet. Spencer,May,Tago,Crighton are all kids with more improvement. None are near the finished product.

Plus they took out NSW cup, Flegg and SG ball. Id assume there is a stack of great player in the pipeline.
Always ask club if they'll release him as they already have established wingers in front of him and he'll rarely get a chance in fg. Leniu has not signed beyond '23 so available to negotiate from 1 Nov I've read.

Right now in my depressed state, I can easily see us making another grand final only to be belted again by amazing team. Or someone will.
Said earlier that often NRL gf mirrors AFL gf and unfortunately it did. One team completely dominating another but there's always next year. Its very exciting.

Bulldogs will get the cherries imo now they have Ciraldo.
But I don't see Penrith letting Spencer go. They will shed Martin first.

Given The Riffs massive success this season Id suggest we need to tap into their processes. Peter Wallace come on down.
