Is it worth sacrificing a home game from Commbank where our record is very strong & cost us 2 points and a potential finals spot.

The NRL keep giving us QLD teams so its not like they are helping us out. If we got given the Warriors or Storm then maybe you could justify it. But the NRL are insistent on sending us Brisbane or the Cowboys and its biting us on the arse.

I hope this deal is seriously is reviewed by the club.

If the club wants extra revenue lets find a another place where the climate doesn't turns things into a lottery.

The weather in Darwin in June / July is much more favourable and you're even a chance of hitting a 23 or 24 night. April is dumb and that's where the NRL need to give us some autonomy. It's our home game FFS.

I think we keep getting the qld teams as the travel is less for them, and by my understanding they have to agree to foot the bill for the flights/accom/logistics, hence why the closer teams to the destination end up taking us up on it as its not really much bigger than a trip to Sydney for them

The Darwin game should really be played against the team against who we have the lowest home attendance.

My guess is that would be out of the Warriors/ Titans and Cowboys

Avoiding the QLD teams, it would feel like the warriors were a no-brainer to play there (although we had a cracking crowd against them this year)
