I'm mainly talking on-field leadership. Inspiring the others in games where metres might be hard to come by - ironically usually against the lesser teams. It wasn't evident last year, I think his might wandered to o0ther places too often - not the only one, but he's on the big contract.

RFM is on 800k across 2 seasons, not 800k per season - that is how I read it in the original article anyways.
