No he excelled at Wests Magpies. We're talking about reserve grade here, which is where backups play. Try and keep up.ang on , hang on, hang on.....Zac Cini excelled at the Tigers in 2021?

Luke Brooks = Proven first grader*Luke Brooks
Now I get why you think Wests Tigers is a reserve grade side.Luke Brooks = Proven first grader
Zac Cini = Proven reserve grader

Rangas are known to need extra time to develop then everyone else.Your "Backups" in reserve grade should have the potential to be first grade players, otherwise you are wasting $$$ and time. Zac Cini has been tested in first grade and will never make it, thats the difference....keep him there as long as you can.
Luke Brooks 2 Clubs - 207 first grade games - 0 reserve grade gamesNow I get why you think Wests Tigers is a reserve grade side.
Actually the ones with NRL potential cost more, which is why every club has nuffies who will never be good enough for first grade.Your "Backups" in reserve grade should have the potential to be first grade players, otherwise you are wasting $$$ and time.
The Broncos have 30-year-old Delouise Hoeter in their top 30. You might remember him from his stint at the Tigers. Was never a first grader, but if he was he would cost more than the Broncos can afford to pay him. Cheap nuffies allow you to spend more elsewhere in your cap. And if you think high potential youngsters are cheap then it would be great if you could convince Ethan Sanders of this.Zac Cini has been tested in first grade and will never make it, thats the difference....keep him there as long as you can.
I'm sure they're being paid the same too. We already have NRL quality outside backs, and even Dunster (another backup) would be on more than Cini. Moses and Drown would be on more than Brooks. What use do we have for a player of Brooks' quality and price? That's the gap in your club's roster, not ours.Luke Brooks 2 Clubs - 207 first grade games - 0 reserve grade games
Zac Cini - 2 clubs - 4 First Grade games - 53 reserve grade games
you are good with numbers Pou, no?
I’d argue the 206 first grade games Luke Brooks played prior to today were also in a reserve grade team….Luke Brooks 2 Clubs - 207 first grade games - 0 reserve grade games
Mate im not the one that raised Brooks in a discussion about Cini, you did. I agree that there are no parallels between Cini and Brooks, but for some reason you raised it..I'm sure they're being paid the same too. Based on results, its hard to argue with you.........and Zac Cini proved that he was not capable at THAT level of football and was dropped to the lower grade.............get the point?I’d argue the 206 first grade games Luke Brooks played prior to today were also in a reserve grade team….
Yeah. I've been told I've only ever done a bad job, so I don't know what the good job would taste like. You'd imagine.....yeah ok...
And you're the one who mentioned Cini. For some reason. You're happy to be a smartarse but shit yourself when it comes back at you.Mate im not the one that raised Brooks in a discussion about Cini, you did. Lucky you don't have to field a team in 2024 ffs. I suppose you can spend the year watching Brooks run around for Manly. There is no Brooks sized gap in our roster. Tigers have Sezer, Fainu, Sullivan, Galvin and Luai available for two positions in the halves for 2025. Brooks would be 6th choice so......yeah.
Saw some of Cini's form in the first trial. This bloke can't tackle so how did he get top 30?Probably
Taumoepenu
Jirah
Cini
And about as appealing as a cock flavoured lollipop.
It was promised two seasons ago when they put him on a Development deal....Saw some of Cini's form in the first trial. This bloke can't tackle so how did he get top 30?
Same as Taumoepenu, 2 years development deal then into top 30, not sure if that was part of the RLPA agreement, certainly hasn’t workedIt was promised two seasons ago when they put him on a Development deal....
