The touch football era started in 2004? The Eels set point scoring records in 2001 then the NRL slowed the ruck and Ricky Stuart’s team was best at exploiting the new ruck rules. Maybe it reared its head again in 2005 (we were minor premiers again) but by 2006 the Storm showed everyone how to stop all that free flowing shit.100% in 2004 they started with the ruck interpretations which created the touch football NRL era and Sheenius was onto it immediately.
