Dad there or not he would command the highest $$$ if he was to go to market.
The point is whether or not it's all on the salary cap.
I don't think dad would want to be paying extra tax if Nathan is getting extra through his dad.
They would all be in the highest tax bracket anyway, and the more tax he's paying the more he can benefit from negative gearing his investments.
Cleary deserves what he gets as he has achieved everything bar maybe owning Origin
Again, the club that pays his salary is also paying a close family member a huge sum of money outside the salary cap for players.

Weasel words with "middle". There are two NRL standard props in that list. Roosters are in trouble in the middle and it is entirely the coach's fault, which is the point of the discussion.
The Roosters have been brilliant at recruitment/retention ever since Politis took over the club. They are never down for long.

Bevan French is an interesting name drop.

Arguably a more dangerous runner than Brown, but is is ball-playing up to it at NRL standard?

And what about his defence?

I haven't watched enough Super League to know.
If he had any interest I would bring him in for the rest of the reason. He is versatile.

I think he has no interest in coming back to the NRL...I think he should so he can get as far away from BA as possible...unless he just wants to get that satisfaction of beating leeds time and time again

with thier list, they shouldn't be down at all
The Roosters have had an academy set up in NZ for probably 10years, they train and prepare junior talent and some of them get flown over to play Matts and Ball . Believe they may have one on the South Island too.

Factor in they have now have set up an academy in California for athletes etc, the young players that played agst Penrith have been in their system for a while and have to say - smart and sensible expenditure.

Suali overall flop considering
B.Smith garbage
Keary last 3yrs gash
Tyrell May....
Corey Allan
M.Lodge
K.Flannagan

I reckon of late they have been garbage. Showed some glimpses here and there but considering the squad on paper they've been the most dissapointing club over the last 7yrs

I'd welcome Galvin with open arms. He oozes class.
Me Too !!

I reckon he is class and has that demeanor of I want the ball.

I reckon he can learn off Moses and when Moses retires, he will be able to take over which Dylbro could not. Also when Moses is injured or representing, Lachy could take over the team easily for the few games

i reckon forget Bevan. Find one of the current juniors get him tackling and tackling and when he is ready, put him in. Get Moses to play from both sides and demanding the ball most plays ala Cleary. We also have many others like Hopgood who can take some the pressure off Moses. The youngster can then drift around following Moses in attack but will be able to hold his own in defense
