Maybe should have kept Arthur.

Being completely honest, I think Mitch is a very good player, but I actually dont think he has improved that much since he left the Tigers. His defence has but that happens with all players as they get older and stronger.
Your opinion of course, biased due to his return to his junior club, not sure I remember Moses playing Origin or dominating games has he has done since moving from the Tigers.

We all look at ex players and rationalise their departure with, well he didn’t improve, if he did improve it’s because of what we did.
Don’t think you say too much different to how most fans rationalise, but continuing to do it in another clubs forum is bit strange.

mate, the NRL are gutless and spineless and won't even entertain the idea but it's obvious that this needs to happen, and it shouldn't stop at Gould too,
If the NRL wanted the fix this problem and had any balls, then Galvin should be allowed to leave the Tigers TODAY on full pay (not on Tigers cap) and should be not allowed to join any club until 01/11/2026.

So it impacts the Tigers and everything needs to change , there’s been so many instances of early decisions without the bullying and aggressive statements from the CEO. Deal with it In a more professional manner would be a start.

100% correct about the fitness records. If you watch him play its a massive part of what makes him effective. he is constantly running into a new position in attack, switching sides and it makes it hard for oppositions to pin him. It has been a concern of mine of what is going to happen as he gets bigger and heavier, his game will need to change. He will not be 19 forever.

Its a good point, but it is not the problem in this case. The problem in this case is EXACTLY the same problem, with exactly the same cast of merkins that we had in 2017 with Mitchell Moses.

The reason that Richo pushed for the meeting with Moses is because another club has made an offer to Moses that has been agreed to and is a done deal. Exact same reason the Cleary "pulled" the offer to Mitchell Moses in 2017. All the same merkins.

This is what needs to be changed/fixed.

Its the nature of Rugba Leeg for clubs to want a player from another club and for players to want to switch clubs, thats not an issue and will never change and shouldnt, but the deliberate shitmerkinery to create a completely untenable situation to facilitate a player leaving 18months early is disgusting and it has real effects. What they have put a 19yo kid through is not healthy.
Everyone has come out of it looking awful.

But the Tigers won the PR battle with Richo behind the scenes and thats all that matters really.

Most journos can't stand Issac Moses even though they report on what he is leaking.

Anasta carrying on like a ex-tigers legend he once was on 360 was embarrassing and disgraceful.

Though i had to laugh at Backdoor Benny coming to the rescue our version of Ray Price.

The old Balmain fans must love it when they see Benny on TV whack the Tigers constantly.

I genuinely think I'm insane, seeing that we've conceded 50 points twice, and are 1 and 5...but I genuinely have faith in Ryles.
I just don’t get the logic that this is a coaching problem. It is only six games, and coaches can only pick the team from the players that are available. Senior players are key to the leadership of any club and some of the merkins who should be leading our team are disgruntled and not pulling their weight.

Just saying he’s the coach and they should listen to him isn’t in line with reality. The senior players hold the power at any club. I reckon even the big money merkins at the Storm could get Bellamy fired if they united against him. At our club it could be enough to have Moses and Paulo decide he had to go, possibly just Moses. You reckon he isn’t close to Sarantinos and the board?

Of course its just my opinion and of course we all have our biases, conscious or not. he is a very good player, always has been and played Aus Schoolboys and U20 SoO whilst at the Tigers. A player of that calibre are going to naturally progress to being close to origin standard and he is. I am not saying he is a good player, he is a very good player, always has been and YES he has improved at Parra, but Im not sure he has improved much or at an advanced rate. In a 10 year career he has played 5 SoOgames, whilst other halves were injured, 4 of them since he was 30yo, so hardly a meteoric advancement.

I am genuinely not being the bitter ex fan here. He is a genuinely very good player and I was hoping that the Tigers could get him when he was last genuinely negotiating (in hindsight very glad not to have both our halves managed by Isaac Moses). I would love him back but I think the strong parts of his game were present when he was at the Tigers as were his weaknesses.

Less strange than discussing Moses on a forum where he doesnt play though?

If they want to fix the problem and had any clout, they’d make contracts more easily transferable. So if we want Galvin now, your club could turn around and say you want blah in return. But no we’re still stuck largely with problems created by Terry Hill RIP

Can you please quote me an "aggressive statement" from the CEO? Can you give me an example of bullying by the CEO?

If Galvins manager had dealt in a professional manner this wouldnt be an issue. If Galvins manager hadnt walked in and declared that Galvin is leaving and we dont even want to hear your offer and then leaked the story to Chammas none of this would be an issue.

No individual person has done more damage to the Tigers than Benny. he should have been locked up for his role in the Balmain Leagues shitfight.

Parra seems to have come out of it looking ok so far.....

What you are talking about would effectively be transfer fees and that has nothing to do with Terry Hill. Dennis Tutty sued the league and transfer fees were found illegal restraint of trade.

The problem with transfer fees and your suggestion above is, what is blah?

So Parra want Galvin and Tigers say well we want Mitchell Moses in return. Mitchell Moses doesnt want to come to the Tigers and there are no other players we want, the Tigers say ok, we want money and Parra says no problem, how much? And the Tigers say $12M. Then what?

Effectively it is the same as we do have now. If Galvin wanted to go to Manly and Manly would give us Oloakuatu, he would be at Brookvale by this afternoon. If Galvin wanted to go to any club and they wanted to give the Tigers $12M he would be gone immediately. of course $12M is a ridiculous number but thats the point......there is a right number.
