Apparently Kurtis Morrin is coming here??
Is he good?
The game is fast enough as it is, imo. At the end of the day bigger, faster, stronger players are still human. The game is already designed to physically fatigue them with six agains, seven tackles and sin bins. Look how opposing teams get a roll on from a simple dropped balled or a penalty for shoulder charging an earlobe.Allowing more offloads would be a good thing for the game.
Making players tackle lower, or reducing the amount of players in a tackle would benefit the game by reducing high tackles and also create more enterprising attack by speeding up the game.
No, but every team needs backups.Apparently Kurtis Morrin is coming here??

It would be nice to win two in a row.11 days between games for us, and just 5 for the sharks, who will only get one training session in prior to Friday night. There will certainty be no excuses for us to not dominate energy wise in the contest. Moses kicking game can win us the match by simply making their forwards keep turning around and working it back off their line.
we have a horrible record at magic round, and when I go to games - hopefully both of those turn around on Friday
They're fairly comparable. They're the same age and played about the same number of games, though Morrin has a much better win rate.gotta be better than matt doorey
Yup. I wished we had a tight defense, chased the collision every hitup and tackle. And attacked with offloads behind moses kickWe led the NRL in offloads every year from 2019 to 2024.
We were playing to our strengths. Now we seem to be recruiting a squad that can play Panthers ball, at a time when other clubs are trying to sign the same types of players. Supply and demand won't be doing us any favours there. Hopefully the recent increase in pathways investment (poaching) can offset the fact that we are trying to sign the same players that are in demand everywhere else. Otherwise we'll just become a poor man's Storm or Roosters.Yup. I wished we had a tight defense, chased the collision every hitup and tackle. And attacked with offloads behind moses kick
If consistently could win with that i would support ba being here still
You need 12 merkins in the line who can tackle, and fullbacks are the new primary playmakers.there is a lot of talk that this is the worst standard of halves in the history of the game of RL and I agree with that talk. What can we glean from this?
Why the f**k we keep getting doggies rejectsApparently Kurtis Morrin is coming here??

Haven't they been the best lower grades in the past few years? Why the f**k we keep getting doggies rejects
I saw a final 15 min masterclass from the Cronulla halves today.there is a lot of talk that this is the worst standard of halves in the history of the game of RL and I agree with that talk. What can we glean from this?
Not pace but promise19th of August 1990 for me. Beat Balmain at Leichardt. Greg Drake showed some promise.
Here is the list of all the club's best halves..there is a lot of talk that this is the worst standard of halves in the history of the game of RL and I agree with that talk. What can we glean from this?
2 in a rowWell I’ll be at Suncorp on Friday and then at CommBank the next Thursday v dolphins.
Surely we can snag one of them. Feel more sorry for my son who I drag along who hasn’t seen a win in-person in about 6 years
It's ok, we had Lee Oudenryn a couple of years later. Not pace but promise
