We offered him more money and a guaranteed spot next to an origin half and one of the best 7’s in the game. He is meant to be a Parra fan. I think if you love the club you would play for even just a little bit less. Obviously he has believed whatever Gus told him or he used us.

Either way he doesn’t want to be here so let’s not waste anymore time on the topic and find someone who wants to. Joash looks like a good prospect.
If he truly loved this club growing up.

The Bulldogs are the last club you would join.

If things dont pan out at the dogs.

I wouldn't put the olive branch out ever again after this saga.

Its almost like he will become Jackson Hastings 2.0 if he burns through another club and a group of players.

Im keen to give him a go at 5/8 now. No better time to try this with Penis out. Dopey Dylan can play 3/4 and Joash can get a go at 5/8.

f**k all this Galvin talk. That was yesterday, now it's today's fish and chip wrapping. Let's brainstorm who our next #6 will be then ream the club for not listening to us.
Jonah Pezet is being looked at.

Once Jahrome Hughes re-signs @ Melbourne Pezet is available to talk to other clubs.

And it sort fits into & explains why Braith was pushing for Galvin to the Dogs and not to Parra.

Because you know who Pezet's manager is.

That same peanut.

He would get his client more money if Parra decide to pry him out of Melbourne after missing out on Galvin.

What Gus, Laundy and the Bulldogs can provide Galvin immediately and many years into the future would completely blow the Eels out of the water.

It would be very difficult as a 19 year old to turn your back on this.

We are a great, big club here at Parra. However the Bulldogs are a juggernaut.

Hopefully one day our Eels can develop a similar level of leverage to that of the Dogs.

I'd be crazy surprised if Anasta brought one of his halves to the Eels after publicly for weeks saying how we are not the right environment for a developing half.

Iongi is our buggest ball hog imo, so many chances to pass yet goes himself

one thing to be confident in your own ability, another thing to be selfish and play for yourself instead of the team

Iongi has thrown some poor passes this year, with the ball sometimes going forward or over the sideline.
He's probably decided it's better to take the tackle than force a risky pass and turn over possession.

Ryles and Co now have the rest of the year to look at someone at no. 6 in Cup (or at least left side half) to see if they need to go external. TLT for Cup will be interesting just for that selection alone.

You know who was an Eels fan growing up but played his junior footy at the Dogs and made his NRL debut at the Eels...
The kid who I would have been backing before Galvin...

I suggested Cody Walker of Souths yesterday and I did not get taken seriously.

I’m sorry but you can’t blame MON for that. His job isn’t to market our club, his job is to be accountable and play within the cap which he has been. Ryles’ job was to market the club, he is the face not Mark O’Neill.
Except Ryles is the saviour so some other merkin needs to be the scapegoat. Ask Jake teh Snake
