He played three games last year and did f**k all. He was pretty good in 2023, but not as good as Penisini, who is two years younger than him.
Penisini is just not a smart footballer
Catches the dropout before the 10, trails Lomax going for the bomb yet doesn't stay alive for the ball he's going to pop up, he goes for the defensive play...I want and have liked him but he won't last long..
We need 2 new centres..a prop, a 2nd rower and a lock to bolster our side.
Again no point picking Brown
...Papalii is a waste as a dummy half reserve...pointless
Put him at 5/8 or centre or wing
Played his best game for us on the wing..
Hasn't even had a dummy half run

Having seen the majority of my last 15 years of NRL games at Panthers/Bluebet and contrasting our home game vs Dolphins with Panthers home game vs us, I gotta say the Panthers ground announcer, music selection and general enthusiastic display is light years ahead of the Eels.

The style of music at our home game vs Dolphins was lowkey dirgelike R&B (or whatever genre it was) whereas the Panthers always have up-tempo music, lots of rock and also electro house like The Presets My People.

As for a walk out song do we even have one?

Eels need to take notes from the Panthers and how they amp their fans. Fatastic stadium and now that we have renewed vigour in Ryles' style we need to turn on the fan energy.
I am the total opposite to that. The Panthers music was way too loud. People want to have a chat before the game. I don't need shyte music 10 minutes out from kick off to fire me up.
I agree we could do with some cool loud music as the team runs on like "Enter Sandman" or 4 Non Blondes - "What's Up" or something of that nature.

Pou, come on mate. Will has been on the decline for 3 years now.

I started this thread in 2023 concerned where Will was going.

And it was acknowledged by a lot of smart punters on here.

At the same time Pou was too busy worried about how many games we needed to win for BA to get his win rate up to 55%.

Trying to maintain the Mt Druitt gangsta wannabes will cost you guys. Soon you will have enough for a 6 piece boy band.
Train & Trial means we can flick him if he acts up, meanwhile he has big brother & Romy to keep him straight. You are correct though, in the short term its probably going to cost us one of the "nice guys" of the NRL , a good Maronite boy. I wonder where he will end up? Parra likes the "good guys" no?

He's also two years older than Penisini and having a breakout year. In previous years To'a has been ordinary. Meanwhile Penisini is having his career worst season:

I’ve been a Penisini defender but I’ve had enough. For every good thing he does there are three bad things.

If he moves to another club and kicks on (he’s capable) then so be it but it isn’t happening at Parra.

Hopgood just looks completely lost with what his role is in attack and it’s rattling him leading to the errors. I thought he defended well today again except for the Mann play, but Joash didn’t help him.

Just watched the incident 26th min

He pushes sutton in the back when chasing a Moses bomb.

We never see a replay but its in the corner of the screen before Treacy catches a bomb.

Vossy mentioned sutton falls over as the dogs spreading the ball from kick return
Let him play rest of the year in reserve grade or let him go to the Knights before June 30...Papalli, Twiddle, Volkman or Hawkins to play against Titans
