My favourite memory is stuck in the car park at homebush after beating broncos to reach the gf. Everyone blasting horns and doing the parrra chant....

Worst was 98 dogs comeback after my mates and i were already making plans for the gf
2001 , Remember crying as a 10 year old lol little did I know those tears probably were warranted as it felt like at the time that we wouldn't have that chance for a long time .

I think it's fair enough to ask a Parra fan what's their favourite memory.

It separates the statisticians from the true believers.

I'd love to hear Pou narrate his favourite and worst moment of his Eels love.
My favourite memory was the 2009 run, just magical.
My worst memory was the 2001 Grand Final, I was sure we'd win, it was a shitty start time, so here I am as a kid having my Sunday roast thinking we got this, just for the first half to ruin my dinner.

But but but TDS isn’t coming here to share with Ryley… we must have tricked him into signing!
I think Ryles may perhaps be looking to trial Ryley Smith into the Brandon Smith role dummy half/roving middle off the bench.

Not sure Ryley is big enough or skillful enough to play that role though.

Ryles anyway would have spelled out the vision he has for both players in the next few years otherwise they wouldn't have signed on and both would have been aware of the competition with each other for the 9 spot before signing.

Maybe shows the growth of our new "Kulcha" that players are buying in to sacrifice there game time for the betterment of the team.

Benji by the looks has hitched his wagon to the Mt Druitt Panther crew which is fine.

Benji is backing the blokes that have done it before at other clubs instead of young talent coming through. But the price maybe he has upset the younger talent coming through who wanted to get out of there ASAP.

we don't know that it is the volume of adds
True, it might not be, however what I am seeing is the spinning LU favicon for ages (that’s the little rotating circle on the tab icon when a page is loading).
In my experience this normally means that the browser has sent a request to a site and is waiting for a response, or a page is downloading images, scripts, ads, etc. I can't access other tabs or refresh other pages while this is happening.

When I close LU on Chrome and open it in Edge, Chrome no longer has the delays.

Benji has firmly hitched his wagon to the young kids coming through, we just have one better than TDS.

Api is better than TDS right now and for the next couple of years. TDS is young with a lot of potential, but on "potential" TDS was the third best 9 at the club last week.

As far as "instead" of young talent coming through....benji was the one who gave an 18 yo Galvin first shot at 6 ahead of others, at times this year we have had 3 20yo's in the spine.

Ryley would have to bulk up a bit and maybe eventually take over Walker's role as Walker is aging and only has a few years left. Great for Riley to learn off him and since he is a hooker, he obviously can pass.

Not sure if there is something wrong with Walker as he has been playing less minutes lately and sometimes, I expect him to be on the field but he is not.

yeah Ryley is an interesting one, it's pretty much a break out year for a late bloomer, I imagine his ceiling would be higher but how high is pretty much anyones guess...

Ryley Smith’s major contribution is in defence, so it doesn’t much matter where he plays in attack. Just ‘middle forward’ is enough. He can run decoys and supports, and in defence he can continue to work his ring out with kick pressure, cover defence and adding another body to tackles.

It was pretty obvious in the dragons game how no one really doing the kick pressure
I consider that role Ryley plays of putting fake pressure on the kicker to be an embarrassment for RL. Has he actually made a charge down? He always pulls out a couple metres from the bomber.
The game should just outlaw charge downs. Make them a knock on.

If that’s an actual position, surely the club can get better (bigger) dudes to play it. I realise Smith is crazy fit but you could get guys from AFL or athletics bulk them up slightly and have them doing that.
