Purdue would be a great pick up and better than anything we have coming through the juniors. He has pace, size and some X factor about him. I don’t see it in any other player in our backline. They are either your standard NRL back or past their best or in Lomax’s case mentally a little piss weak.

I'm sure Ryles wants him, he's not the guy I'm worries about.

Penisini plays a lot worse in defence when Kelma plays his side, his defence was OK but this season in particular when both are playing, there seems to be an issue as Kelma is a static defender who plants his feet and is susceptible to a player who steps or runs angles.

Anyway, just an observation that needs tidying up.

I agree with your observations.

While Will is not supremely quick, he holds his own when he has a good edge defended defending one in from him.

Tuilagi is so good with the ball, but so horrible without it.

I'll read back through others recent posts this evening but my thought is Parra should consider selling a game like this to the Roosters (would obviously need to be done at least a month or so out from the game) or even consider just having it at the SFS as our home game to try to take over the richer parts of the city of Sydney.
We should definitely sell our Brisbane home game to Brisbane in a season we are struggling.
