Why is Tago tied to JDB? It’s completely irrelevant. And there’s no way Tago is on $750k when To’o is reportedly earning less than that—that’s just my view. But if he somehow is, that’s even more reason we should be going after him and getting the Panthers to chip in like they did with Waqa Blake. Hopefully he turns out a lot better than Blake did.

Because you said bad things about the club and questioned them..

How dare you.

Mate, I didn’t inflate anything—I’m just repeating what a player manager reckons he’s on. So what’s the issue here? Are you questioning it because it came from me, or do you somehow think a journalist’s estimate automatically carries more weight?

At the end of the day, both those figures you threw up could be completely off, so why the f**k are you treating them like some kind of gold standard?
He won’t believe anything unless it’s told to him by Rheed Mahoney.

Completely different Tago resigned with his current club in 2024 for lets go with 750k i think it was an extension till 28. While we decided to sign a 35 year old on lets say 500k to play nsw cup. Who wasn't wanted at his club.

Both ended up in cup but 1 is still worth what he is getting paid.
JDB wasn't signed to play reserve grade. That's why he started in the NRL in round one.

EELS HONOUR GLOVER
The NRL has given permission for the Parramatta Eels to hold a minute’s silence for life member Neville “Nifty” Glover before their Easter Monday showdown with the Wests Tigers.
He passed away on Thursday, aged 70.
The former Australian and NSW winger who played for both the Eels and Panthers went on to have a successful career in the NSW Police Force and supported charities such as the Men of League and Ronald McDonald House.
The Eels will also wear black armbands to honour Glover.
The Eels legend passed away this week.

The Eels legend passed away this week..

Its a sad state when you need the ask the NRL for permission to have a minute silence before a game.

How bad is the NRL micro managing the clubs atm if thats the case.

Players aren't held back for their development, they're held back because they're not up to first grade standard. All the best players debuted very young. Plus Jake Arthur's.
Rightio.

Because the best place to learn detailed skills is always against people bigger stronger, faster and better than you.

Dragons want Fuller
Flanno had his media mates do a hit job on Parra about releasing Gutho

Gutho swallowed it as all the power he had under BA was gone and he couldnt handle a demotion under Ryles

Flanno now is fighting for his job while his son is just as useless

They can all rot at the bottom of the table.

And the funniest thing is we have already beaten them playing dogshit. They should have beat us haha.

I have to agree its not always the best place.

You see those skills on show today in Flegg boy he was so skilful I was thinking did Camerom Smith pull on a tigers jersey...
That attempt at touch where he found the Eels fullback was sublime skill Imagine doing that against guys bigger than you.

Looks like he was. 2 forwards injured and he is sitting on the extended bench this weekend. Behind Guymer Moretti Tuivati.
I doubt it's for his form. He has played better than Moretti and Guymer in both grades. I reckon JDB has spat the dummy when he learned we weren't going to activate the CO. Either that or it's activated based on playing a certain number of games this year, like Kirk Reynoldson at the Knights a few years ago.

Good players don't play Flegg past the age of 19. TDS played four games of Flegg as an 18 year old and never looked back. He was far too good, scoring a try a game. Fun fact, he also scored a try a game in 14 SG Ball appearances. He was learning nothing playing against kids his own age.
