They won't be able to take jobs incompatible with their obligations to their club. So pretty much anything that impairs their ability to train / play etc, or has an obvious injury risk, would be out unless they have explicit permission, anything likely to bring the game / club into disrepute would be out. But they can earn (or otherwise) be paid income outside that. There's no problem with promotional work as long as their club approves it.
I agree with all this?
I obviously don't know the circumstances of emjaycees company or the job role he was offering, but the question has to be asked how emjaycees job for the player would have been against any of the above?
Well, he might have lost his job chasing down toll evaders on the M7.
I thought it was the M4?

he chased them off the M7 on to the M4
Likely the time commitment required. They'll not want you taking a regular job while you are a full time league player.
Phil Gould said on Twitter that a player earning $45k or more is considered full time. Or rather, if a club wants to sign a player to a full time contract (and commit him to a full time workload) it needs to pay him at least $45k
I said Twitter, not Grindr.
Your on grinder hey? Know wonder your always talking shit. Your in it half the time.

You don't pretend to be a Melbourne supporter in the NRL forum under the name of --Storm-- by an chance do you?? The scant attention to grammar is remarkably similar!!
