Since this is a signings rumours thread, no club should be able to sign Mann until he has served a considerable suspension imo.
He cried blue murder to a racict taunt which was disgusting but now he has to face the music himself, cant have it both ways.

It makes no difference to me. Homosexuality was illegal at one point. Women couldn't vote. Apartheid was legal.

Alcohol is a pretty low bar to set for the standard of legality.

I completely agree about getting out of control though and the rest of us being the one to suffer because of what stupid merkins do is a fair point.

I also said that in my post:- "The point is getting out of control is bad for society and that is what he sounds like he has done."

My own interpretation of his point was that the conduct was so heinous as to be captured by the serious prevailing laws, not a general appeal to absolute faith in all criminal law enactments.

But I could be wrong.

Id invite Macca to respond and clarify, for the sake of the intellectual exercise and application!

No right or wrong here.

I’m happy to argue that his conduct and the application of laws, if the police have their ducks in row, is deserved of incarceration. But on another level, that’s not going provide the hundreds of thousands of dollars I would like the kid and family to benefit from at the dickheads expense.

Probably the worst side effect with pot is a terribly unbalanced diet and saying "ah man" a lot....single vehicle accidents though are rarely more than a dent or two and maybe some innocent person's letterbox gets knocked over

You've got a good memory...just to ramble on a bit if its ok...I tend to not want to know too much about fellow posters...saves me from making assumptions about why they said what they did or what ( i think) they really meant in a post. When people know eachother too well they can stop hearing what the other person actually means to say...we interpret everything by our own perception of them which should be based only on their words ..i try to give people the benefit of the doubt and as a starting point consider seriously that they may be much smarter than me. . To add I do like to read as I can learn from an intelligent person without interrupting them.
As for my profession...just varied swashbuckling from drum brakes to the present...everyone's got a book in them
