I think Bula looks like one of our best attacking options now. I'd like to think he stays.

I think he is just off the elite fullbacks in the comp but he may hit that level. I can't see him being as good as Reece Walsh but he I can see him outplaying other top fullbacks.

Someone who wants $550 and is a bout as good maybe better in some ways .. that deal that will cost $800k was done under duress when things looked dire and bulla could call the shots ..we don’t need that type of deal now.. or more like we need to not have that deal now

I just read on facebook (and then it refreshed and I wouldn't post it here) that if we exercise our option on Bulla, we'll be paying him $900k. This would be in line with what Papenhousen and Gutherson get paid and more than Reece Walsh.

I like Bulla as a player, but hes not worth that. I would have the young fella or Turava at Fullback and bring Makasini into the centres.

I think we are currently paying him $500k so letting him go might be a decent move.

According to ZT, he is on $700k for 25 & 26 season as well.
His wife plays here, he has said he loves it here, I can't see him going TBH, unfortunately, he is mixed up with the Moses management stable so it maybe just them stirring the pot?
But his option for '28 is $900k, I believe.
