Ryles shoulda got 10 mins. I had no problem with the ref trying to get some control back in the game like he did - but send off was a bit too much.

It must be friggin frustrating for the ref when boofheads wont listen. But still - Badger Brainsnap!

Blokes - the politically correct no serious contact game of today is killing League.

You are my enemy. But I will make an assumption here. The current crop of whistle blowers get brownie points when they "kick a goal" on blokes like your Ryles and our Gallen.

If the opportunity arises to make their mark on the game by taking out a baddie then they cream at the chance to show how strong a ref they are.

Not only has the game got boring through Kick, kick, kick, it has gone pathetically soft.

You only have to look when a bloke makes a real hard hurting tackle. If the flag boy doesn't come running in, the replays are shown over and over and over again hoping to pick up an indescretion (check me spellun) .....

The players have picked up the cancer too. They stay down when hit hard trying to milk it. The good old days they would of been snotted by the tacklee for being a girl.

Honestly if it wasn't for my loyalty to my side I would walk away from the code.

The netball is starting to look more attractive - and the forwards are tougher then most.

Indeed.

1. Lima stomps on Ryles' foot.
2. Ryles pulls his foot away and tries to the same.
3. Lima tries a kick with limited success.
4. Ryles kicks back and makes contact with Lima's foot/shin.
5. Referee has a panic attack and makes the news.

Ryles should never been sent off.

At most, it should have been a penalty to Saints. But even that would have been an overeaction from the ref.

oh by the way im not saying we would have beaten the storm had ryles not been sent off ..but the score would have definately been alot closer.

Gavin Badger needs to publicly apologise for his actions under the pressure he was feeling. If not him, then Finchy should stand up and tell the public.

He should go coach netball , if he wants to make rugby league soft . All the old boys of rugby league must be in huge shock after seeing the Ryles send off and how soft rugby league is becoming . I don't reckon any players should of even been sin binned . We all know that dragons and storm don't like each other

That was a great tackle and he awards a penalty saying dangerous position?

P.S. and there was nothing in the Jamie Soward tackle for that blow up either.
Soward didn't do a thing and it turned into a melee.
