I do not want to derail this thread......I am pretty sure Bottle was fishing.......but before anybody knocks the Royals or England they need to go over there and go to the historical sites and also do some reading to get an Idea where our heritage is

I wasn't blaming Penrith yet. Only if they don't punish anybody. For now there is no problem. But surely there are security cameras and 9's cameras might have even caught something. If that person is ever welcome at a Penrith game again then they've failed on this issue.
