Ronnie James Dio, throughout their career instead of a drug taking, alcoholic, foul mouthed dickhead at the helm by the name of Ozzy Osbourne.

Sabbaths music with Ronnie James Dio was extremely better structured, written and last but certainly not least far better sung.

True Sabbath & Metal heads appreciate Ronnie James Dio as the better front man then Ozzy, as they too know exactly how much talented he is.

At present Ozzy needs help to go too take a piss at his home, or too even scratch his arse he needs a hand or two, on the other hand Ronnie James Dio is still recording and planning to tour America with Ritchie Blackmore as a Rainbow reunion seems to be on the cards.

Ozzy is currently being rewarded for his mediocrity with the Osbournes, which shows just basically what genetics the kids of Ozzy ( apart from one) have inherited.

Best album? Paranoid.

Best period? Early Sabbath.

Conclusion? Ozzy shits all over Dio.

Dio has rocked, for a long long time.
Now its time to pass to torch
He has songs of wildebeasts and angels
he has soared on the wings of a demon

Its time to pass the torch
You're too old to rock, no more rocking for you
We're taking you to a home
But we will sing a song about you

And we will make sure that you're very well taken care off
You'll tell us secrets that you've learnt..

Your sauce will mix with ours and we'll make a good goulash baby
Dio time to go,You must give your cape and ceptre
To me.....and a smaller one for KG

Go....Dio....Dio...Dio

Mob Rules and Heaven & Hell are the only dio-period sabbath albums worth buying, the rest is pretty boring.
Give credit where credit is due, Black Sabbath, Paranoid, Master of Reality, Vol. 4, Sabbath, Bloody Sabbath and Sabotage are all excellent.

with the advent of dio all the humour and soul left black sabbath and they evolved into a bon jovi clone instead

not relly dio's fault

solo osbourne was crap also

Dio as THE sabbath front man.

don't make me laugh

Ozzy as a solo artist sucked major balls and it's true that he's just a blethering f**ked up idiot these days but the only sabbath album worth anything is paranoid.

And the rest of them weren't drug-taking and alcoholic??

Tony Iommi has commented often of the band having somebody with them at all times with a small suitcase of white powder at the start of thier career, going on about Ozzy being drug taker is like kicking a child, you have to have a small mind to get satisfaction from it.

Ozzy, Tony, Geezer and Bill were all integral to the legend that is Sabbath and if Dio was there at the start I don't think they would have become the band they did, Ozzy's antics were part of the band.

So Dio gets around better than Ozzy these days. Changa Langlands doesn't seem to get around aswell as others his age these days, your thinking would mean that those other guys were a far superior talent back in the day, which doesnt make a lick of sense.

If it wasnt for Ozzy we wouldnt know Sabbath like we do and if it wasnt for Sabbath we wouldnt know Ozzy like we do. Would Dio be missed like Ozzy would have? NO FREAKIN WAY!!!

I saw an interview recently with Ozzy talking about how he could recommend which AA group to go too, as he's been that to that many

Ozzy could only wish to have Dio's voice............i'm sure most will agree with that.

VOODOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Dio could only wish to have Ozzy's presence and sucess as a solo artist..........I'm sure most will agree with that :)

Would you even know of Dio today of he didnt replace Ozzy? If he wasnt in Sabbath?

It's doubtful.
