I must have missed something, because wasn’t this always an end of the season thing if it were to eventuate? So apparently we're now giving him a chance to prove himself until the end of the season.. Again.

"barring collapse"
Our 3 best players are out for the year.
In an already thin squad.
With a tough run home.
The expectation SHOULD be collapse.
Or how bad, most on here are guessing, hoping, praying without any idea of what they really want but CHANGE even if it’s not better, just differentI’m fairly sure no one here actually knows how good Blake Green may be as a head coach.
Is it possible to put the Head Moderators rubbish in the troll dump post?
If the players were off AOB we'd be getting pumped by 50 most weeks, which obviously hasn't happened (yet).
There’s apparently been 53 occasions this decade where a team has conceded 50+ points, and Newcastle has only had it happen once against Melbourne a few years back.
Its funny how times change.Sharks put a score on us in 2016?
I feel the same way you do. It’s time for both parties to move on. Regardless of how we may feel right now as a fanbase, AOB has a good record as the Knights coach in terms of getting us to the pointy end of the season and I have immense respect for him as a result. He has said some dumb stuff along the way and hasn’t helped himself from a PR perspective at times but his effort and commitment to his job and to the club can’t be questioned. He’s done his best and we’ve reached a point when someone else needs to take the reins and get us further. Simple as that.It is so disrespectful toward AOB if they cannot actually tell him man to man. There is two other jobs under speculation, and he could apply for those and be a chance. It is more the fact he has had six years and taken this ship as far as he can. I am eternally grateful to him for giving us four finals appearances. It is time to move on.
